Challenge: gain insight in current behaviour, needs and wishes (ideal) of students regarding food and drinks on educational institution (ROC, HBO and WO).
Approach: AHA!NNEKE observed and executed ad-hoc interviews on several educational institutions. Observations gave insight in actual behaviour; ad-hoc interviews gave more understanding of the why behind it. By using creative exercises (indirect questioning) also the underlying, more unconscious (latent) needs were brought to the surface.
Impact: By delivering a visual report current behaviour as well as the needs and wishes for the future become tangible. An inspiring starting point for improving and adapting Albrons current offer.
