Philips Design (2012)

Challenge: organize creative sessions during the yearly event ‘Philips Innovation Drive’ for the top 100 Philips employees, in which they dive into and built further onto contemporary innovation topics and project.

Approach: we trained a group of facilitators, who each moderated a smaller group of employees on a specific topic. For each topic inspiring presentation-posters were prepared by content owners. In a short creative session, people were made familiar with the topic, triggered to think creatively and worked out one solution, which was given to the content owners.

Impact: this event engaged top 100 Philips employees in relevant innovation topics and projects of the organization and at the same time they enriched these projects with their knowledge and experience.
